1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shuq, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Shuq allows users to post, browse, and manage advertisements for used items, real estate, and personal services. Shuq acts only as a platform and does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You are responsible for the content you post.
Do not post illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
Do not impersonate others or use false information.
You must be 13 years or older to use Shuq.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

To maintain a safe environment, Shuq has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. By posting on Shuq, you agree that:

You will not post defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent material.
Users can report or flag inappropriate ads and block abusive users directly within the app.
We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.
Users who repeatedly violate these terms will be permanently banned from the platform.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Pesapal. We do not store your card details. Payments made for posting ads are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or duplicate payment.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Shuq may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the app (except user-generated ads) is owned by the Shuq Team. Do not copy, redistribute, or modify app content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shuq is not responsible for:

Transactions between users.
Losses caused by reliance on third-party services.

Use the app at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any major change will be announced within the app.
